Early 2022, Michelle Feileacan and Serafina Palandech had an idea to open the first boba shop Sebasatpol CA. From the ground up, they built a shop with a whimsical charm and a carefully curated gift shop. Harmony Hulsey joined the team in June 2022 and has worked alongside both of owners to help make Bubbles Boba a happy place.

Fast forward to summer 2024, Michelle and Serafina handed the keys over to Harmony and her husband, Dylan Knutson, entrusting them to continue serving amazing drinks all while providing a safe space for all.
